RENT MASTER 2.0 provides powerful web based features to help boards administer rental facilities productively and effectively while maximizing rental revenues.

Configuration screens permit quick loading of customers, schools, rooms and facilities into the data files.

Customers may be assigned types such as:
A. Board Group, B. Community Group, C. Recreation, D. Private Non-Profit, E. Private Commercial etc.

Facilities may be assigned types such as:
A. Auditorium, B. Cafeteria, C. Classroom, D. Gymnasium, E. Pool etc .

Rental Changes per hour may be assigned to each Type of Facility for each Type of Customer for 4 different time bands (week day, week day evenings, Saturdays and Sundays & Holidays).

Labour rates for each type of labour (e.g. Caretaker, Media Technician, Parking Lot Attendant) may be loaded for the 4 different time bands (week day, week day evenings, Saturdays and Sundays & Holidays).

Up to 10 operating Calendars identifying Not Available days may be used to deal with variations in availability due to air conditioning, building renovations, academic scheduling and any other special requirements e.g. Standard Elementary, Standard Secondary, NonSummmer, July Renovation etc.

Each building may be assigned standard school day availability times (e.g. 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM) to deal with elementary school, secondary school, night school, summer school or any other requirements. These times may be modified for individual schools.

Schools that may be difficult to rent may be given rental adjustment factors (e.g. 75%) to attract more rental clients.

Application Fees can be included in the rental changes.

Non-paying Board users may be given hourly allocations by Term and monitored automatically.

Rental Bookings are quickly processed with the Booking Wizard.

The Booking Wizard permits quick selection of the Customer, Schools, Facilities, Dates and Times. You may book a single facility for one date or multiple facilities for multiple dates. e.g.
1) one gymnasium for one afternoon for one basket ball game
2) one cafeteria and one classroom for 4 Thursday evenings in November for community meetings
3) two class rooms and a cafeteria for Monday to Friday for 3 weeks in August for summer school

The Booking Wizard then provides a list of available facilities to choose from. You may pick one facility or multiple facilities. The Booking Wizard then presents screens for quick entry of anticipated attendance, furniture, equipment, refreshment, setup and labour requirements.

You may also add other charges for services such as Transportation, Copying, Stationery Supplies, Beverages, Cafeteria Services, Security, Internet Service etc. You may also set your own tax rates for PST and GST and have them automatically applied to labour, rental and other charges.

RENT MASTER 2.0 produces a wide variety of reports to administer the booking activity: Detail Billing Report by Customer, Detail Billing Report by School, Summary Billing Report by Customer, Summary Billing Report by School, Booking Report by Client, Booking Report by School, Over Booked Report Detail, Over Booked Report Summary, Customer Lists. Reports may be filtered by Customer, Customer Type, School, Facility Type and by Date Range. All Reports may be viewed on Screen before printing.

RENT MASTER 2.0 is designed for Internet Use. This means your booking representatives may process bookings over the Internet with Internet Explorer.

Utilities provide for ReIndexing Files, Backup of Files, Directory Setup and Password Controls.

We will assist you with the initial setup of your facility files and provide training on both Work Station and Internet Operations.
