With increasing publishing costs and curriculum upgrades, Text Books are becoming a very large investment in any school.

BOOK MASTER 2.0 provides highly featured screens for maintaining the status files for Books Handed Out and Books Handed In.

BOOK MASTER 2.0 may be adapted to your student file system and configured for your local requirements.

Book files are built by simply entering the book titles for each course. The program then automatically produces Book Hand Out Lists for each teacher. The teachers then mark up the Hand Out Lists as books are handed out. The completed Hand Out list is returned to the VP Office for entry. When Book Hand Ins are required, a typed Hand In List is produced for each teacher for mark up when receiving books.

BOOKMASTER 2.0 may be operated on a Server so that Teachers may enter the status of book hand outs/book hand ins from the staff room

BOOKMASTER 2.0 produces status reports of late hand ins by Home Form, by Teacher, by Course and by Student. It will also produce letters to parents for cases that cannot be resolved at school.
