- you may set two thresholds (1-low and 2-high) for LATES, SKIP, CONDUCT, UNIFORM and TOTAL)
- detentions and letters are automatically processed during admit slip processing as thresholds are reached
- the detention screen is preloaded with your standard detention days, times, rooms, hours and detention supervisor - multiple detentions may be assigned
- letters sent to parents are gender sensitive (your son, your daughter etc.) with customized content according to the type of infraction
- detentions not processed by the attendance clerk are held in a pending file for processing by VP or Attendance Office personnel
- letters sent to parents will in turn create a “letters not returned list” where parents signatures are required. Grace periods (1 day, 2 days etc. ) may be set according to school needs
- notices may be incorporated into the student profile (e.g. Library Book not returned - see Mrs. Smith) for screen popup and report printing
- the student AC (Attendance/Conduct) profiles may be cumulated for an indefinite number of years
- standard screen shows summary of Infractions by Type and Charged / Not Charged plus Actions for the particular period.
- you may scroll through Term and Years. - you may “drill down” into the AC Records and get all related details and remarks on screen if required
- you may ask for a printout of the AC Profile in either summary or detail format
- you may ask for the AC Profile to be printed with variable filtering e.g. by student, for students with more than XX infractions this year
- you may print Detention Lists by Detention Supervisor and by Home Form
- you may print a “Day List” of AC Slips processed
