TEAM MANAGER 2.0

Doncaster Office Services has developed TEAM MANAGER 2.0 to help Coaches and Phys-Ed Staff manage their Teams and Phys-Ed Classes.

Features
• Student and Teacher lists may be sourced from your Board System
• Students and Teachers who will be on or coaching teams may be selected with pick lists with first character invocation to expedite selections. Pick lists may be updated for name changes etc. as required. You may have multiple Head Coaches and Student Coaches for the same Team.
• Student Pick Lists automatically bring in extra fields for birth date, home phone number and student number. Quick entry screens permit entry of other student information such as Uniform Number, Position, Previous High School attended, Entry to Grade 9 Date and Credits.
• Awards and Points may be entered for each student and are stored by year for the duration of the student’s time at your school. Awards may be enterd Student or by Team.

• Award List by Student (Current Year and All Years or Filter on Points exceeding xx)
• Attendance List (11 columns, 20 columns) by Team or by Class
• Teacher Notice for early dismissal
• Certificates (standard and custom), by Team or by Class
• Bus List (by Team or by Class)
• Team Schedule (automatically generates Teacher Notices 2 days early where early dismissal required)

Utilities
• Optional Password to activate
• Automatic backup to local directory and network server
• Deletion of students after 6 years
• Transfer Team Records to another school
• A searchable Help System available on screen
• Automatic Restore after reimaging

Price
• $100 per year, includes on-site installation and one 1 hour training lesson. Future renewals include no on-site visits but do include unlimited help by email.
• Product is normally renewed at the end of August each year.
• New reports and upgrades will be provided as part of the annual fee.
