EXAM MANAGER 2.0 has been developed to automate Exam Time Table development with 20 powerful features:
1) The import utility may be adapted to receive Student/Course/Teacher Data Files from your Board Office or local School Files.
2) You may set scheduling parameters for a) Maximum Periods b) Maximum Course Sections per Period
c) Maximum Students per Period and d) Periods/Day to develop an optimized Exam Time Table with a minimum number of conflicts for the given parameters.
3) Course Codes may be grouped where the exams will be the same. This will automatically schedule them for the same period.
4) Courses selected for Exams with the last run are saved to expedite entries for the next run.
5) Special Ed Students may be assigned up to 9 different Withdrawal Codes for specialized Presider and Room Assignments.
6) You may assign up to 3 Exam Periods Per Day.
7) Specific Times for each Period may be assigned in the Exam Date Quick Screen with just a few key strokes.
8) You may set up a "Room Table" with usage priority, special ed codes (W1, W2 .. ) and capacity of Room Table each room for automatic room assignments.
You may manually assign selected rooms e.g. Computer Lab for Computer Exam before running automatic room assignment feature.
9) You may Add Remarks to any exam e.g. “You are allowed to bring a calculator to the exam."
10) You may view Exam Conflicts on Screen showing a) 2 exams for the same student at the same time and b) more than 2 exams per day to help you with individual course scheduling.
You may apply the Conflict Analyser to tell you the conflict effect of moving an exam to a different period.
11) You may have the same number of Hall Monitors each day or you may assign different numbers of Hall Monitors on different days.
12) You may add new Exams to the currently developed schedule
13) Teachers may be designated for particlular Supervision Duties e.g. Exam Centre, Main Office etc. Teachers may be excluded from duty for selected days. Then duties are automatically and equitably assigned in accordance with the parameters.
14) Exam Time Tables for Individual Students can be produced.
15) You may store up to 10 different runs e.g. Grade 9's only, English Only, All Grades etc. All files may be backed up to a server for protection or transfer to another computer.
16) EXAM MANAGER 2.0 produces a fill range of reports and lists such as Input Sheets, Work Sheets, Exam Schedules, Exam Calendars, Course Lists, Student Rosters, Transmittal Lists, Teacher Load Reports, Hall Monitor Reports, Door Labels and Conflict Reports.
All reports may be viewed on screen before printing.
17) The Exam Schedule Work Sheet allows you to see the first run of the Time Table on one page. You may then easily rearrange the Time Table with the “Change Date” feature.
18) The Exam Quick Steps feature permits delegation of the Exam Time Table production to an exam assistant, secretary or clerk.
19) Students with Conflicts may be assigned to different rooms and times and automatically incorporated into the Student Rosters and Exam Transmittal Lists.
20) You may apply a “Last Minute Update” to your Exam Time Table to reflect courses recently dropped by each student.

EXAM MANAGER 2.0 will work with Windows 95/98/NT/XT , a Pentium PC with 128 MB of RAM and 30 MB of free Hard Disk Space.
